How it works

No voice communication is necessary. When you use one of the MobileSOS Speed-Dial numbers allocated to your MobileSOS service, no-one else need know that a call has been made - unless you choose to make them aware that help will be coming soon.

You are connected automatically to the MobileSOS system and your phone is identified by its Calling Line Identity (CLI), so make sure that CLI is not disabled..

The MobileSOS system will immediately acknowledge receipt of the call and disconnect. Then it sends your personalised alarm messages with your location by phone, followed by  text and e-mail, to the people you have chosen as your contacts..
