Features

MobileSOS works on any phone on any contract and on any network, and provides a range of reassurance and personal security services that you can use to summon help when you need it most. It sends personalised alarm messages with your location to the people you have chosen as your contacts 

For personal and employee use: 

Panic/Help - Use your single preselected MobileSOS Speed-Dial number and summon help from your network of family, friends and colleagues.

I'm OK - Use your second preselected single MobileSOS Speed Dial number to let your family, friends or colleagues know you are safe, that you "have arrived", you are "all right /OK", or simply where you are.

Timer gives you even more operating security. It has been designed for people who may not have their phone at hand, or who are unable to access it quickly and press the alert button. Simply pre-set a time before you leave and if you fail to cancel by the preset time, the Timer alert will go out automatically. This is particularly useful for 'frontline' workers in circumstances where they might be uneasy social workers, estate agents, home visitors, taxi/van drivers and so on.

For employee monitoring: 

Enhanced Timer allows an administrator to request periodic check-ins by selected staff during chosen periods. Failure to check after each reminder results in an automatic alarm being triggered.

NEW! Our unique Virtual Roll Call system - communicate and account for all your staff in moments. AN IDEAL ADD-ON FOR BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING Allows an administrator to send messages by voice and/or SMS to multiple users and request responses. Please call for more details.

Benefits of having MobileSOS

Discreet - you can press your panic button while your mobile's in your pocket or bag.

Background recording (optional) - when the panic button is pressed, we'll keep the call open for up to 45 seconds, recording the background sounds for onwards transmission to your contacts (provided you don't end the call)

Multiple contacts - our Panic and Timer service sends a message to up to 5 contact numbers, and our I'm OK services goes to 2 contacts, maximising the chance that your call will be responded to quickly. For corporate users we can prioritise the order in which your contacts are alerted

Multiple channels - voice, SMS and email because don't know which will alert your contacts first.

Monitor your usage - we hope you'll never need to use your panic button, but to pay for using the other 2 services we have a simple, secure credit top-up facility on your login
