1. What number do I call?

You can only use the service after you have subscribed to MobileSOS.

You will have received a vCard containing the special number for the TIMER/IVR Service . To access this service use your MobileSOS  TIMER/IVR Speed-Dial number or call 02071073001 ( note you will be billed £0.25 per minute for this call by your operator) 

2. How do I add/delete a contact to my Contact List for a specific service? 

Make sure that you have spoken to your contact and that they have to be added to you  Contact List

We recommend that you use the website to add a contact's full details. However you can add a telephone-only contact using the IVR system following the instructions below.

 Listen carefully to the instructs and  proceed by

To add a contact

  1. Press 1                   - To Manage your account 
  2. Press 1 or 2 or 3   - To Manage your Panic, OK or Timer service
  3. Press 3                   - To add a contact to this service
  4. Enter Contact phone number followed by # key 

To delete a contact

Listen carefully to instructions and proceed by

  1. Press 1                   - To Manage your account 
  2. Press 1 or 2 or 3   - To Manage your Panic, OK or Timer service
  3. Press 4                   - To delete a contact 
  4. Enter Contact phone number followed by # key 

3. How do I record/listen to my Personal Details messages

MobileSOS generates a default Personal Details message using your name.  You can listen to this message by accessing the MobileSOS IVR (Interactive Voice Response) customer service system  or by log-on to your account (www.mobilesos.co.uk) and clicking on My Details.  – Click on  “Listen” icon  next to the Personal Details message.

Should you wish to change the message we recommend that you record the following information as part of the Personal Details message

  • Your name
  • And any other medical important information

4. How do I  record/listen to  a message for a specific service

MobileSOS generates a default  message for each specific service advising  the receiver on  what to do.  You can listen to this message by accessing the IVR system  or by log-on to your account and clicking on My  Messages..

  1. Press 1                   - To Manage your account

5. How do I set the Timer?

Use your MobileSOS TIMER/IVR Speed-Dial number or call 02071073001 ( note you will be billed £0.25 per minute for this call by your operator)

Listen carefully to the instructs and  proceed by

  1. Press 2           - To set your Timer
  2. Enter time in minutes to set the timer  (maximum of  999 minutes)  followed by the # key

6. How do I cancel the Timer?

Either

Use your MobileSOS TIMER/IVR Speed-Dial number or call 02071073001 ( note you will be billed £0.25 per minute for this call by your operator)

Listen carefully to the instructs and  proceed by

  1. Press 2 - to cancel your Timer

Activate the I'mOK  service - which automatically cancels the Timer.
